Often times the security guards are the eyes and ears at the stores. 

guard on phone3At Protos, security guards are encouraged to report any and all incidents that occur at their locations through our Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR) system.

With the IVR system, security guards are able to easily report an incident which is immediately received and transcribed at the Protos Dispatch Center. Once transcribed an email is sent to all LP team members chosen by the client informing them of an incident at the location.

The incident reports are available not only through the client portal but also through the responsive client app and therefore always at your fingertips. Once you’ve reached the incident reporting section, you can read the transcripts, listen to the audio and even call the guard for more clarification. Finally, all incidents are archived in the system for future use.

Protos incident reporting system allows the LP Professional and their team to have first knowledge of what is occurring at their locations.
