At Protos, security guards are encouraged to report any and all incidents that occur at their locations through our Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR) system.
With the IVR system, security guards are able to easily report an incident which is immediately received and transcribed at the Protos Dispatch Center. Once transcribed an email is sent to all LP team members chosen by the client informing them of an incident at the location.
Protos incident reporting system allows the LP Professional and their team to have first knowledge of what is occurring at their locations.
